GTS has built up an efficient and competent organization with the purpose of granting a professional and a high level of service to our customers. Our success is measured by customer satisfaction and we attach great importance to advising our customers so they receive a product which as a minimum corresponds to their requirements and expectations.
Our aim is that our customers perceive us as a long-term business partner and not just as a traditional supplier of semi manufactured products in wood.

Sales and Purchasing Department:
This department consists of 8 market managers who have worked with wooden products for many years, and they are all capable of giving advice in any situation. They participate in clarifying our customers' demands and formulate the specific requirements to wood species and quality in order to make sure that the product meets customer's expectations and that the risk of shortcomings and defects is minimized.

Secretariat:
Our secretaries draw up detailed contracts to ensure a clear agreement. As all 3 members of this department possess a high degree of competence in foreign languages, the contracts will more often than not be issued on our customers' mother tongue.

Logistic Department:
The staff handles transports by ship and lorry worldwide so that the delivery will take place in accordance with our customers' wishes. Furthermore, both members of this department see to it that they are constantly updated regarding various freight possibilities and they aim at finding the best transport solutions for our customers.

Financial Department:
Here our staff attends to, among other things, in- and outgoing payments, bookkeeping and financial reporting, hedging of the rate of exchange as well as insurance of the goods. The 2 members of this department are always at the customers' disposal in case of questions and queries.

Each of our Departments has its own Core Competence and is a Serious Business Partner when it comes to:
• Wood and its processing
• Outsourcing of production/products
• Co-ordination and quality control
• Packing of products, including the optimizing of the contents in containers and lorries
• Efficient logistic solutions in relation to transportation by lorry, ship and aircraft
• Local market conditions including legislation and product standards
